At LiTime, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your garments are in their original condition with tags attached to receive a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your LiTime account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
